November

In November, Simon returned ministered in Nataaba, Kalominakung, and Nawoyatiir Villages. He also shared the Gospel in 3 other villages: Moru arengan, Napong and Nakwaatal. People were eager to hear the Word of God and 8 more people were saved. He is encouraging them to listen to the Word of God on their Audio Bibles, and join a Lighthouse in their village or in a village nearby. Simon is still training 6 Champions in 6 villages on a weekly basis, with 60 disciples attending. He distributed 8 Audio Bibles and 3 DMM Bookmarks this month. He is thankful for the rain. Some of the major challenges in the area are lack of a medical facility and need for education for both adults and children. He prays that people will come to Christ and also be healed spiritually.

October

Simon is still training 10 believers how to start their own Lighthouses and 10 Lighthouses were established in the 3 towns that he has been ministering in. He prays that people will come to Christ and also be healed from their addictions. He also prays for protection of the women and girls that become victims of gender-based violence.

Simon is still training 5 believers how to start their own Lighthouses and distribute more DMM material. This month 10 Lighthouses were established in the 3 towns that he has been ministering in. In February, Simon returned to sharing the Gospel in Nataaba, Kalominakung, and Nawoyatiir Villages after taking time to be with his family in Turkana in the month of January. When he came returned the people were excited to see him and listened to his Gospel message. 4 people were saved. In May, Simon shared the Gospel in 3 Toposa villages – Moruarengan, Kalominakung, and Nawoyatiir. The people have been positive and welcoming. 5 people were saved this month. 5 believers are being trained how to start their own Lighthouses (discipleship groups). Some of the major challenges in the area are lack of a medical facility, need for education for both adults and children, and water scarcity. They are grateful for the short rains that came this month.

April

In April, Simon shared the Gospel in 3 Toposa villages – Kapelinyang, Kalominakung, and Kakomol-tom. 2 people accepted Christ as Savior, and 15 Audio Bibles were handed out to believers. 3 believers are being trained how to become Champions; they should be forming Lighthouses soon. Some of the major challenges in the area are lack of a medical facility, need for education for both adults and children, and water scarcity.

In March, Simon shared the Gospel in 3 Toposa villages – Natirae, Nakamita, and Morua-rengan/Nakwatal.
