November
In November, Alfred shared the Gospel in Nangorikipi, Naponyok Sula, Amonichek and Nakwakuri Villages. He also visited Kobole Village. The people are very responsive to the Gospel message and 6 people accepted Christ as Savior and 2 were baptized. Seven Champions are leading Lighthouses in 5 villages with 70 disciples attending. He distributed 4 Audio Bibles this month. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others and encouraging them to join a Lighthouse. Alfred is grateful for the rains that have come. The people are very receptive to the Gospel and are seeking how they can know more about Jesus.
October
In October, Alfred shared the Gospel in Nangorikipi, Naponyok Sula, Amonichek and Nakwakuri Villages. He also visited Kureru and Kobole Villages. The people are very responsive to the Gospel message and 6 people accepted Christ as Savior and 3 were baptized. Six Champions are leading Lighthouses in 5 villages with 60 disciples attending. He distributed 8 Audio Bibles this month. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others and encouraging them to join a Lighthouse. Alfred is grateful for the rains that have come.
September
In September, Alfred shared the Gospel in Nangorikipi, Naponyok Sula, Amonichek and Nakwakuri Villages. He also visited Kureru Village. The people are very responsive to the Gospel message and 7 people accepted Christ as Savior. Six Champions are leading Lighthouses in 4 villages with 60 disciples attending. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others and encouraging them to join a Lighthouse. Alfred asks that you would pray with him for good health and sanitation in the villages that he is reaching.
August
In August, Alfred shared the Gospel in Nangorikipi, Naponyok Sula, Amonichek and Nakwakuri Villages. He also visited Kureru Village, a new village. The people are very responsive to the Gospel message and 8 people accepted Christ as Savior. Six Champions are leading Lighthouses with 60 disciples attending. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others. Alfred asks that you would pray with him for peace and reconciliation with the political situation and for safety for the team and the people.
July
In July, Alfred shared the Gospel in Nangorikipi, Naponyok Sula, Amonichek and Nakwakuri Villages. Due to muddy roads, he was not able to visit a new village. 3 people accepted Christ as Savior. Four Champions are leading Lighthouses with 36 disciples attending. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others. Alfred was able to distribute 10 Audio Bibles this month. He asks that you would pray with him for good health as there are many diseases that become rampant in the rainy season and for peace and reconciliation with the political situation.
May
In May, Alfred shared the Gospel in 4 villages, and 6 people accepted Christ as Savior. He is continuing to discipling 11 Champions and 4 Lighthouses have been started! He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others, and even read since the majority are illiterate. Alfred distribute 4 more Audio Bibles this month. He prays for peace and reconciliation with the political situation.

He is continuing to discipling 11 Champions and 4 Lighthouses have been started in these villages. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others, and even read since the majority are illiterate. Alfred was able to distribute 9 Audio Bibles this month. He asks that you would pray with him for good health and for peace and reconciliation with the political situation.

In March, Alfred shared the Gospel in Nangorikipi, Naponyok Sula, Morukeris, Monicheck, Nakewarer and Nakwakuuri Villages. 7 people accepted Christ as Savior. Alfred is continuing to discipling 11 Champions how to start their own discipleship groups. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others, and even read since the majority are illiterate. He asks that you would pray with him for safety for all in Toposaland as the rains bring much needed water, they also bring water-bourne diseases and make travel difficult.

In February, Alfred shared the Gospel in Nangorikipi, Naponyok Sula and , Moru Keris, and Nakwakuri Villages. 2 people accepted Christ as Savior. After being away for a month Alfred is continuing to discipling 11 Champions how to start their own discipleship groups. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others, and even read since the majority are illiterate. He asks that you would pray with him as he is using his extra time to teach the villagers to read and write as well.

Alfred is still training 11 believers how to start their own discipleship groups. He’s teaching the new believers how to spend time in prayer, share their faith with others, and even read since the majority are illiterate. He was able to distribute 7 Audio Bibles and 7 DMM Bookmarks to new believers. He is grateful for the good rains they have been receiving. He asks that you would pray with him that he would use his extra time wisely as he teaches the villagers to read and write as well.

Illiteracy is a challenge in this area, so Alfred is teaching the new believers to read in his spare time. He is grateful for the good rains they have been receiving.

Illiteracy is a challenge in this area and Alfred is teaching the new believers to read in his spare time. He is grateful for the rain they have received.

In May, Alfred shared the Gospel in 3 Toposa villages – Nangorikipi and Nakwamoru and Naooyachebe. The people have been receptive and thirsty for the Gospel. Three men gave their lives to Christ this month. Alfred is training 3 believers how to start their own discipleship groups. Illiteracy is a challenge in this area and Alfred is teaching the new believers to read in his spare time. Alfred is grateful for the rains that have come this month.
April
In April, Alfred shared the Gospel in 3 Toposa villages – Nangorikipi, Lotingating, and Naooyachebe. Audio Bibles and screening The Jesus Film have been great tools in sharing the Gospel. Alfred is still training 4 believers how to start their own discipleship groups which should be happening soon. He distributed 8 Audio Bibles and 2 signage bookmarks this month. Alfred prays for clean water and many more to come to Christ.
March
In March, Alfred shared the Gospel in 2 Toposa villages – Nangorikipi and Namawos. The people have been receptive and thirsty for the Gospel. Alfred is training 4 believers how to start their own discipleship groups. Illiteracy is a challenge in this area. Alfred prays for clean water and many more to come to Christ.
2021
September
In September, Alfred and the rest of the Toposa Missionary Team traveled back to Kenya to attend driving lessons and receive their new motorbikes. The Team will head back to Toposa soon to continue with surveying, evangelizing, and establishing their mission base. Alfred handed off leadership of his churches in Turkanaland to a trained pastor, Peter Losingila. More information on Peter and the churches/villages he serves will be available soon.
August
On August 16th, Alfred (along with 6 other missionaries) left for their new calling to minister to the people of Toposa, South Sudan. Alfred’s mother church in Naroo Village continued to meet each Sunday with about 36 members, and 2 people were saved. William is grateful for the support he receives from SHARE International. He requests prayers for God’s favor and protection in his new mission field in Toposaland.
July
In July, Motivator Alfred ministered in all 4 churches. Approximately 35 members attended church in the mother church each week and 82 members in the 3 daughter churches combined. Alfred is planning outreaches in 7 different villages in the future. He has completed the necessary paperwork to begin ministering in South Sudan. The team will be leaving sometime as soon as all the necessary paperwork is done for the team.
June
In June, Motivator Alfred ministered in all 4 churches. Approximately 32 members attended church in the mother church each week and 82 members in the 3 daughter churches combined. Alfred is planning outreaches in 7 different villages in the future. He has completed the necessary paperwork to begin ministering in South Sudan. The team will be leaving sometime in July.
May
In May, Motivator Alfred ministered in all 4 churches. Approximately 36 members attended church in the mother church each week and 119 members in the 3 daughter churches combined. Alfred is planning outreaches in 7 different villages in the future. He is thankful to SHARE International for the support that he receives. Alfred is completing the necessary paperwork to leave for South Sudan by the end of June.
April
In April, Motivator Alfred ministered in all 4 churches. There are now 17 Lighthouses! with 85 disciples in the Lighthouses learning how to become disciple-makers. 34 members attended church in the mother church and 86 members in the 3 daughter churches combined. Alfred is planning outreaches in 7 different villages in the future. He is thankful to SHARE International for the support that he recieves. On April 25th, he was commissioned along with 14 other missionaries to be embassadors of the Gospel to the Toposa People of South Sudan. He will be leaving for his new assignment, hopefully by the end of June.
