    2021

    August

    In August, Motivator Silas ministered to all 3 of his church families. Approximately 69 believers met each Sunday in the mother church in Urum Village and 179 met in the daughter churches in Nakwapua and Natelo Villages combined. There are now 43 disciples attending Lighthouses. He also did an outreach in Moroling’a Village and 10 people accepted Christ as Savior.  Simon is planning an outreach to Nacharakan Village, about 18 kms/11.1 miles away, in November. He asks that you pray with him for water and rain for this drought stricken region as many of the people in the villages are migrating in search of water and food for their livestock.

    June

    In June, Monitor Silas held services in 2 churches. About 53 members attended each Sunday in the mother church, and 104 attended in the daughter church in Nakwapua Village. He did an outreach in Kaekoroeakwan Village and 6 people gave their lives to Christ.

    July

    In July, Motivator Silas ministered to all 3 of his church families. Approximately 78 believers met each Sunday in the mother church in Urum Village and 221 met in the daughter churches in Nakwapua and Natelo Villages combined. He now has 6 Champions leading 6 Lighthouses. He also did an outreach in Komio Village and 12 people accepted Christ as Savior.  Simon is planning an outreach to Nacharakan Village, about 18 kms/11.1 miles away, in November.     May

    In May, Monitor Silas ministered to the people in his church families, where 101 members attended services in the mother church and 224 members attended services in the two daughter church. 16 new members were added to the daughter churches this month and 12 to the mother church. He did an outreach in Kalokamussio Village and 10 people gave their lives to Christ. He is planning an outreach to Nacharakan Village (16 kms/ 10 miles away) sometime in 2021. Silas is grateful for the support he receives from SHARE International and asks that you pray with him for rain for this drought stricken region. This is causing the community members to migrate in search of food and water for their livestock.

    April

    In April, Monitor Silas ministered to the people in his church families, where 65 members attended services in the mother church and 151 members attended services in the two daughter church. He did an outreach in Ngalemtogoi Village and 4 people gave their lives to Christ. There are now 43 disciples enrolled in Lighthouses and 7 of them have shared their faith with others and led them to Christ this month. He is planning an outreach to Nacharakan Village (16 kms/ 10 miles away) sometime in 2021. Silas is grateful for the support he receives from Share International and asks that you pray with him for rain for this drought stricken region.     November

    In November, Monitor Silas ministered to the people in his home church, where 62 members attended services. 101 members attended services in the two daughter church. He did an outreach in Nakulan Village and 6 people gave their lives to Christ. He is planning an outreach to Kaichom Village (16 miles away) in February 2021. Silas is grateful for the support he receives from Share International.

    October 

    In October, Monitor Silas ministered to the people in his home church, where 114 members attended services. 94 members attended services in the two daughter church. Three new members were added to the mother church and one to the daughter churches. Silas is grateful for the support he receives from Share International.

    September 

    In September, Monitor Silas was able to return to ministering to the people in his home church, where 48 members attended services. 80 members attended services in the daughter church.

    March 

    In March, Monitor Silas continued to minister to the people in his home church, where 59 members attended services. 87 members attended services in the daughter church.

    February 

    In February, Monitor Silas continued to minister to the people in his area where 51 members attended church each Sunday. 87 members attended services in the daughter church. 6 new members were added to the daughter church.

    January 

    In January, Silas became a Monitor of Lorugum Zone! He shared the Gospel in his home village, where 37 members attended church each Sunday. 121 members attended services in the 2 daughter churches combined.


    2019

    December 

    In December, Missionary Silas taught 12 students in Discipleship Class. An average of 30 members attended church each Sunday in the mother church, and 40 members attended in the daughter church in Nakwapua Village.

    November

    In November, Missionary Silas taught 16 students in Discipleship Class, all of whom can freely testify to nonbelievers courageously. An average of 51 members attended church each Sunday in the mother church, and 86 members attended in the daughter church in Nakwapua Village.

    October 

    In October, Missionary Silas shared the Gospel in the Village of Atogot. Eight people gave their lives to Christ. 150 believers attended the services this month. 12 new members were added to the daughter church this month. Silas is planning to do outreaches in the Villages of Komio, Namoru Arengan, Natitiat, and Nakalale in the future.

    September

    In September, Missionary Silas shared the Gospel in the Village of Nakalale. Three people gave their lives to Christ. He faces the challenge of members migrating in search of pasture and water for their animals. 66 believers attended the services this month.

    In August, Missionary Silas discipled 14 students who can now freely testify to nonbelievers courageously. An average of 59 members attended church each Sunday in the mother church, and 84 members attended in the daughter church.

    July 

    In July, Missionary Silas Ekomwa shared the Gospel in the Village of Nakalale where 110 people live. Eight people gave their lives to Christ. He faces the challenge of members migrating in search of pasture and water for their animals. 158 believers attended the services in the mother and daughter churches this month.
