Next-Gen Initiative

We believe God has called Share Ministry to accelerate the spread of the Gospel into South Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, and beyond by raising up and equipping the next generation of believers across the northern frontier of Turkanaland. This new generation will become an army of spiritually strong and well-trained disciples who will carry the mission forward!

To fulfill this calling, Share has launched the Next-Gen Initiative in partnership with like-minded churches and ministries. This initiative involves establishing DMM-based Sending Centers—places where the next generation can grow spiritually, mentally, and practically. At these centers, children and youth receive Sunday School and education/training five days a week, built around the proven, contextualized Disciple-Making Movement (DMM) Methodology.

Share has identified 14 strategic sites for these centers across the Kalobeyei and Kachoda Zones, which border South Sudan, Ethiopia, and Uganda. By God’s grace, all 14 Sending Centers have now been constructed, and classes are underway! More than 1,600 children and youth attend weekly, learning to share their faith, memorize Scripture, pray, read, and build essential academic skills. On weekends, the centers also host worship services, women’s fellowship, youth choir practice, and intercessory prayer gatherings. “This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes” (Psalm 118:23).

These centers are already transforming lives and will continue to impact the Gospel in Kenya and beyond. We are deeply grateful for the generosity and commitment of our partners and donors.
