2023

December

In December, Motivator Joseph reported that the people in Ekiteles Village are small scale farmers and run businesses. There are 86 member that attend church regularly in the mother church. The 4 Champions are each leading a Lighthouse and the 30 disciples have led 7 people to Christ in 2023. In the daughter church, about 6 miles away, there are 65 members that meet bi-weekly for services. The 9 disciples here have led 10 people to Christ in 2023. Joseph walks to this church. He has also identified one more unreached village in his area that is 8 miles away. He plans on walking to this village in 2024 to hold evangelistic outreach services.

November

In November, Motivator Joseph ministered in the mother church, and about 83 members attended each Sunday. One new member joined the church this month. Joseph is grateful for the continued support from his sponsor and for their faith in God. He asks that you pray with him for the needy in his village.

October

Joseph is grateful for the continued support from his sponsor and for the care and protection that God has given them this month. He asks that you pray with him for peace and for the believers that are migrating that they would stay strong in their faith.

In July, Motivator Joseph ministered in the mother church, and about 76 members attended each Sunday. One new member was added to the church this month and 3 disciples shared their faith stories with others. Joseph is grateful for the continued support from his sponsor, for God sustaining them through this month and that they were able to complete building the church structure. He asks that you pray with him for the church members who are migrating.

June

In January, Motivator Joseph ministered in the mother church, and about 72 members attended each Sunday. The disciples led 3 people to Christ this month. 2022

December

In December, Motivator Joseph reported that there are 75 members in the mother church in Ekiteles Village. In the daughter church, there are 37 in Kangiragae Village. Joseph plans to reach 1 more village in 2023 – Lomurudang!

November

In November, Motivator Joseph ministered in the mother church, and about 70 members attended each Sunday. They are grateful for the Audio Bibles which are helping with evangelism. Joseph is grateful for the continued support from his sponsor.

In October, Motivator Joseph ministered in the mother church, and about 78 members attended each Sunday. There are now 4 Lighthouses with 32 disciples attending. Joseph is grateful for the continued support from his sponsor.

September

In September, Motivator Joseph ministered in the mother church, and about 75 members attended each Sunday. He did another outreach in Naworagae Village and has planted a Lighthouse Church! Another 19 people came to Christ. 29 members met in this daughter church this month. Joseph is grateful for the new church plant and for the continued support from his sponsor. He prays that God will restore the peace in his area.

August

InMarch, Motivator Joseph ministered to his church family in Kalemngorok Village where 75 believers met weekly for services this month. He is grateful for the support that he receives and asks that you pray with him for the daughter church in Kakongu Village that they would continue to hunger after God and also for the many believers that are migrating due to the drought.

In January, Motivator Joseph reported that there are 85 members in the mother church in Ekiteles Village, 16 in the daughter church in Kakongu Village, and 12 in the daughter church in Ekoropus Village. In addition to regular services, Joseph does sacraments, baptisms, homestead-to-homestead evangelism, and teaches the DMM methodology.

He is planning an outreach in Kapitur Junction, about 5 kms/3.1 miles away, in December. He is grateful for the continued support from his sponsor and that the village administrator was able to help the needy in the village. He requests prayers for the members who are traveling in search of water.

In September, Motivator Joseph ministered to his church families. About 68 members attended each Sunday in the mother church, and 42 attended in the daughter churches combined. He is planning an outreach in Kapitur Junction, about 5 kms/3.1 miles away, sometime soon. He is grateful for the continued support from his sponsor. He requests prayers for the members who are traveling in search of water.

In August, Motivator Joseph ministered to his church families. About 69 members attended each Sunday in the mother church, and 15 attended in the daughter church in Kakongu Village Joseph has found a new pastor for the daughter church in Ekorporus Village. He is grateful for the continued support from his sponsor. He requests prayers for the members who are traveling in search of water. The Lighthouse members in Kakongu Village have left.

July

In July, Motivator Joseph ministered to his church families. About 73 members attended services in the mother church in Kalemng’orok Village and 58 members in the 2 daughter churches combined. Joseph is planning an outreach in Kaputir Junction Village (5 kms/3.1 miles away) sometime this year. He is grateful for the support that he receives from his sponsor. He asks that you pray with him that the believers faith would strengthen and that they would be bold in sharing the Gospel and asks that you pray with him for the members of his congregation as they are migrating in search of water for their livestock.

Joseph is planning an outreach in Kaputir Junction Village (5 kms/3.1 miles away) sometime this year. He is grateful for the support that he receives from his sponsor. He is grateful that the construction of their church building is almost complete and asks that you pray with him for the members of his congregation as they are migrating in search of water for their livestock.

Joseph is planning an outreach in Kaputir Village (7 kms/4 miles away) sometime this year. He is grateful for the support that he receives from his sponsor.

Three people accepted Christ this month from a disciple boldly sharing what they had learned in the discipleship training in the Lighthouse! There are now 30 disciples attending Lighthouses. Joseph is planning an outreach in Kaputir Village (7 kms/4 miles away) sometime this year. He is grateful for the support that he receives from his sponsor and asks that you pray with him for rain during this season of drought.
